She brings to Hang Loose a serious black book of global contacts and extensive experience working with sport federations, promoters, agencies, brands, OTT platforms and networks.

Throughout her career, Amanda has created, managed and delivered all aspects of production successfully for some of the world’s leading brands and organisations most notably as Head of Production Operations for ITV Sport and as Director of Production for UFC where she led all content initiatives and live broadcasts across EMEA. Her role as Global Head of Content for Gfinity cemented her reputation as an innovative producer of competitive gaming and she was the creative lead across a multitude of high profile esports contracts.

Michael has over 10 years experience overseeing a vast catalogue of broadcasts both in the UK and across the globe and his knowledge of complex production logistics, operations and technology is second to none.

In esports he has built an unrivalled reputation in designing and delivering complex technical solutions that are industry leading, enabling a wide variety of video games to be streamed to the millions. This includes automated camera switching and integrated stage visual effects, deploying Optical Character Recognition and AI technology to extract game data and designing remote and cloud-based production workflows.

Michael is solutions orientated and thrives on making even the most complex broadcast set-ups appear easy and pain-free.

Whether delivering smaller studio shows or planning and designing high-tech broadcasts from large arenas, Michael has led the operational execution of hundreds of shows for major brands and publishers including Red Bull, F1 Esports, Amazon, Microsoft, Activision and EA.
