Red Bull Tetris World Final Dubai

We had the pleasure of producing the Red Bull Tetris World Final, the largest game of Tetris ever conceived, played live in the sky in the Dubai Frame.

A true once in a lifetime spectacle. Over 60 players from around the world travelled to Dubai to battle it out to become the last 2 standing and to get the chance to play Tetris in the sky on the Dubai Frame.

This show had everything – base jumpers, a live orchestra, a DJ, thousands of drones in multiple fleets, pyrotechnics and an army of fans who were anticipating a spectacular show!

By far our most ambitious show to date and one we helped build from the ground up. This show was all about spectacle from start to finish. We needed to turn an amazing idea into an unforgettable experience for the guests in attendance, for the finalists who made it to Dubai and for the audiences watching online.

Across 2 days of fast-paced Tetris gameplay, 2 players emerged to become the first to ever attempt to play a World Tetris final with drones in the sky.

Our creative directors created a spectacular opening ceremony set to live orchestral music which perfectly set the scene for what was to come and our show host, Iain Chambers continued to build the hype on stage for the big moments to follow.

With live music, drones and gameplay all needing to be in sync, this was an intricate show with many layers of complexity but everything came together seamlessly on the night much to the delight of the spectators and the many fans around the world who shared the content online.
